Arrival and Departure
|
Guests should call at least one hour prior to their arrival at the property (1-212-695-6900)
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, unless otherwise specified.
Parking is not included in this reservation (except in the case of a villa rental where parking is included).
At the time of departure, all rooms should be left in the state as they were received.
Keys can only be delivered during normal business hours.

Accommodation and Occupancy
|
The number of people permitted for occupancy of each room is limited to the number of beds.

Pets/Smoking
|
Pets and Smoking are not permitted in the property.

|
Liability
|
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or any unauthorized changes including cancellations or early departure.
In some cases we will give our guest few days stay credit
Guests will be charged for late check-out or any unauthorized stay at 150% of the daily rate for each additional day stayed.
Guest will be charge for losing a key and change the lock.
Your Home International (YHI) shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to any guests, their visitors or their property,
Guests should immediately notify YHI of any problems or any other potentially hazardous condition is discovered.

Guest Responsibility
|
Guests are responsible for all items which are Included with the property.
Guests are responsible for insuring their personal property.
Guests are responsible for keeping all areas of the property in good condition at all times (this includes: bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom, pool, laundry, and living room area)
Guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages caused by them.
Guests should keep the noise level to a minimum at all times (i.e. no loud music or TV).
